Tree of Love

No winter lasts forever; no spring skips it’s turn. Hal Borland

A dear friend of mine gave us this tree when my dad passed away, and we planted it in a memorial garden in the backyard. Needless to say, watching all of these little heart shaped leaves spring forth every year is extra special.

Have a beautiful day everyone! ♥♥♥

    1. It is a Forest Pansy Redbud. It has pink blossoms and red heart shaped leaves that eventually turn greenish, then yellowish in fall. It’s a beauty. Those are baby leaves. So cute! ❤

    2. It’s going to be on my list the next time I go to the local garden center! Those colors are incredible! Thanks for letting me know!
